We’re what happens when a Houston Chef falls in love with the Hill Country and is joined by his longtime pal, a pastry chef master? They come together and use the finest local ingredients they can source to make dishes that feel familiar yet very Hildee’s. We want to push ourselves to try new styles, new cultures, and build new plates. We’re here to do our best and serve others.
